Size guide
Every frame is described by three numbers, such as 48-20-145. Compare them with a pair that already fits you well and you'll know what to expect.
What the numbers mean
- Lens width — the first number, in millimetres. It sets the overall size of the frame.
- Bridge — the second number: the gap between the lenses, where the frame sits on your nose.
- Temple length — the third number: the arm, from hinge to tip.
Find your size
Look on the inside of a temple on glasses you already own; the three numbers are usually printed there. Frames within about 2 mm of those numbers will fit in a similar way.
| Size | Lens width | Usually suits |
|---|---|---|
| Narrow | 46–48 mm | Smaller faces and narrower features. |
| Medium | 49–52 mm | Most faces — our most popular size. |
| Wide | 53 mm and up | Broader faces, or a bolder, oversized look. |
