Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Vistro Optic through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email vistrooptique@gmail.com before you order.

Your order

When you place an order we send you a confirmation with an order number. An order is accepted once we've confirmed it with you. No payment is taken on the website. If we can't fulfil an order — for example because a frame has sold out — we'll tell you.

Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include VAT. Delivery is added at checkout, before you place your order. Occasionally a price may be shown in error; if that happens we'll contact you before the order is accepted.

Products

We describe and photograph every frame as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screen. Frame measurements are listed on each product page and in our size guide. Prescription lenses are fitted only from a valid prescription.

Delivery

Delivery rates and times are set out on our shipping page. Delivery times are estimates, and we'll keep you informed if an order is delayed.

Returns and warranty

You can return unworn frames within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and every frame is covered for two years against manufacturing faults. The details are on our returns and warranty page. These promises are in addition to any rights you have under the law.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
