How do I find my frame size?
Look inside the temple of a pair you already own for three numbers, such as 48-20-145. They are the lens width, the bridge width and the temple length in millimetres. Every product page lists the same three measurements, so you can compare them directly.
Can I have prescription lenses fitted?
Yes. Every optical and blue-light frame is made to take prescription lenses. Book an eye test, or get in touch with your prescription, and our optician will help you choose the right lenses.
What do blue-light lenses do?
They filter part of the blue-violet light from screens. Many people find them more comfortable for long days at a desk. They don't replace a regular eye test.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
We deliver everywhere in Morocco. Standard delivery is free on orders over MAD 500 and MAD 30 otherwise, and arrives in 2–3 working days. Express delivery is MAD 60 and arrives the next working day in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tanger, Fès and Agadir, and within two working days elsewhere.
What is your returns policy?
If a frame isn't right, send it back unworn within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Do your frames have a warranty?
Every frame is covered for two years against manufacturing faults, such as a hinge that loosens or a finish that lifts. Get in touch with your order number and a photo and we'll repair or replace it.
How should I clean my glasses?
Rinse the lenses under lukewarm water, then dry them with a clean microfibre cloth. Avoid paper towels and household cleaners, which can scratch the lenses or strip their coatings. Store your glasses in their case when you aren't wearing them.
